1. Service Description

solartaxcalculator.co.za ("the Service") is operated by Tactical Software (Pty) Ltd. The Service provides a solar investment ROI calculator and report generation tool for South African businesses considering solar PV installations.

2. Not Financial or Tax Advice

Reports generated are for informational and modelling purposes only. They do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Consult a registered tax practitioner before making investment decisions.

3. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy but make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of information provided. Tax legislation, tariff rates, and solar performance metrics are subject to change.

4. Payment & Refunds

Reports are priced at R799 (VAT inclusive). Payment is processed via Paystack. Once delivered, refunds are generally not available. Full refunds are issued for technical failures where reports cannot be delivered.

5. Intellectual Property

Your purchased report is licensed for your business use. You may share within your organisation but may not resell or redistribute the template or methodology.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tactical Software (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of this Service.
